Since our foundation in 1973, TAEYOUNG E&C has experienced steady growth in all areas of the construction businesses, ranging from construction and civil engineering to plant construction and housing development.

As the builder of Asia’s largest sewage treatment plant, we are the first and most experienced contractor when it comes to waterworks and sewage construction. We are also highly competitive in other areas, including plant construction and civil engineering (e.g. the construction of highways, bridges, subways, infrastructure facilities for new cities and port facilities).

Furthermore, through our high-end apartment brand “DESIAN,” we are creating a new housing culture and providing our customers with a more prosperous lifestyle. We are also engaged in diverse project financing-based development projects (e.g. the Gwangmyeong KTX Station Area Development Project) as well as a large-scale 9.9 million-square-meter integrated resort development in Gyeongju.
